Customer Preparation Before Service

Exclusions Limitations

  • Coverage limited to garden areas up to 10 perches; additional areas must be flagged at booking.
  • For individual household use only.
  • This is a control treatment, not a permanent elimination guarantee it significantly reduces rodent activity but does not guarantee rats will never return, especially where entry points or attractants outside our control (e.g. neighbouring properties, drains) remain.
  • Garden baitcontrol cubes are placed weather permitting. If rain or unsafe outdoor conditions prevent safe placement at the time of service, the material will instead be handed over to the customer along with usage instructions, for self-placement once conditions allow.
  • Rodenticide treatment works by causing rodents to die, often in wall cavities, roof spaces, or other inaccessible areas. This may cause a temporary unpleasant odour for a few days as part of the natural process. This is beyond our team's control and is not treated as a service defect; customers are advised of this possibility before booking.
