Thumbs up to Kapruka...Ive always been delighted and satisfied by the services of both Global Shop and gift delivery services. My mother has constantly commented on how enthusiastic your delivery guys are. So good job!One disappointment is that your website always charges in US dollars. This is very inconvenient to us Sri Lankan buyers where the bank adds in their charge upon conversion. You should give the option to the buyer to pay either in US dollars or Sri Lankan rupees. I have mentioned this before but sadly no action has been taken to implement this.

good service. money wise bit expensive if you are paying by Australian dollars when compared to American dollars. the customer operator advised that he can not give a time for the delivery. if we order precooked meal from a restaurent how we know meal will be there on dinner time or lunch time. otherwise good work team.

I have using Kapruka for more than year I have been a fan of your cake shop with wide varieties of items where others can match.

That was really great and nice bunch of items very well organised under certain tabs. It wasnt too hard to choose what actually i wanted.. by the way there was a label on enchantress gift pack and i just mention that to improve your service in future. The order just delivered right on time. all in all that was great and im really happy about your service.. thank you

Ive been a customer for more than 5 years now your services been great except some times. One time where you didnt deliver on time Which was a valentines day missed an item that i ordered and then the delivery guy charged delivery fee for auto from the recipient. Other than those you guys are great.

It was actually very pleasant it would have been nicer to have real time updates on the status of the order.

I was a Kapruka customer since long time one time I was really disappointed out of my gift one item was not delivered may be the person who missed. I inquired but no positive answer and ignored hence that I though of sending gift using other service but that service company does not have great varieties options anyway I once again stick to kapruka. Our gift may be a small amount but its a huge value for out family. Thank you all the best!!!

Excellent service and delivery. Convenient to place the order and the contract centre staff are very much helpful.

Love the delivery service but it was a little late. And the delivery person was not as friendly.
