It s goods I can t think of the way it s should be improved. However I feel when I m sending the gift vouchers if I can have a place to type the quantityNo of vouchers in order screen that would be better. Further when it s come to express deliveries if we can do that directly from online as we raise order that would be better. it good but after complete the order if any case cutomer need to make some changes i think you also should add that option getting through to u hot line Sri Lanka is too hard. Customer dont want to hang on the line for 1015min when he she is calling from out side the country.

I do a lot of purchases on your web though I am not a member. This time I wanted the order delivered before 10am but it was delivered very late. Overall I am happy but need improvement on deadlines we give. We mention a specific time for a reason.

Phoning in the recipient to check if it is the correct address for delivery very earlytakes the element of surprise for the gift present out of the experience.
