There is nothing wrong with Kapruka service it is excellent. However the delivery guy of the order of fried rice had been rude to my mother saying it was too far for him. A detailed email will be sent to your email address. That would make us think twice next time to make such orders through Kapruka.

good have such a Website to send out Gifts.but i would like to bring to ur notice that the pictures uploaded in the website does not look the same with the actual product been delivered. we place the order looking at it and i prefer to have a better preview ..i ordered some flower basket last month it was totally different from the picture uploded in the website.and when i wrote a feedback about it there was no response to it. also this particular order a delivery charge has been charged but it has been delivered from the wattala chinese dragon.in ur website states when the distance is more a charge will be there. but the delivery Location is wattala and how come a delivery charge has been charged
