Better if you can inform unavailable items at least before 24 hours not in the same day as then customers can look for alternatives if it is a special occasion. Also I ordered red grapes but I think you have delivered green. Since I am currently not in Sri Lanka I couldnt call. Overall service is satisfactory. Thank you and hope to order soon.
