This time all the items were delivered satisfactory happy for that and thanks But very disappointed the things are unavailable.Why you all dont allow to pick more than 1 item. When we ordered 2 plaza makeral fish tins only 1 allowed.Flour only 1 kg allowed what can you make for 1 kg So many things limited. Is there a scarcity in buying food in Sri Lanka

My very first order number VBRNF459B3AB dated somewhere around the 26th or 27th of February I requested for 3 tins of Plaza fish and two tins of coconut cream. Instead you have delivered 2 tins of fish and 3 tins of Coconut cream. The price for the fish tin is more than the amount of a coconut cream tin. So you dont talk of refunding the difference. My second order VBRN5BE2874C placed on 1st March was delivered but I dont know what you have missed in that . Because it was sent to a temple the priest will not speak about it. At least you should send us a list of items that you delivered to the Recipient . They will not tell us unless we keep on asking.

Overall excellent. Only thing that took a lot of my time was increasing the quantity of items after I had already added that item to the cart. When I increase the quantity it added a duplicate product with the increased quantity. I wasted about half an hour correcting the duplicate items. Please fix this issue. Otherwise I love what you are offering.

Shopping no problem as the website is simple. One of the recipients say that your vegetables are not fresh and asked me not to buy vegetables.
