Absolutely dreadful experience! I wont be ordering from Kapruka again. I purchased a food item for my husbands birthday only to be told one day before the event that it couldnt be delivered due to its imminent expiration. How am I supposed to handle such news the day before his birthday To make matters worse the customer service representative I spoke to was incredibly irritating and all he could talk about was company policies. What kind of law allows a company to accept orders for products they dont have or shipments in transit This marks the second time Ive had such a terrible experience with Kapruka.

Better if you could add some more items to your stock such grocery items snacks and drinks. Would appreciate if you could reduce the prices and delivery charges.

Valuable service

1. It would be nice if you can have more options for customization gifts. Mix and match options2. If customers able to request for removal or adding something extra to an item such as removing unnecessary wording from a cake design we really like eg happy fathers day etc adding cashew nut bottle in to a pre prepared fruit hamper3. It would be a pleasant experience if we can select fancy gift boxes to arrange our tailor made gift packs
