I could not place my order with over 7 attempts there were around 80 items when I came to the payment page said Bad request and your browser sent a query this server could not understand and I could not proceed.I informed Kapruka Colombo but They could not rectify the problem. I tried resolving my self and started placing the order with reduce item numbers and finally was able to order around 36 items. So I am not sure whether there is an item restriction or a Dollar value restriction or certain items cannot be ordered. I do understand and I am aware there is a cap on certain items such as Sugar etc. I would like a feedback on this issue please. I value your service and I have been a long standing customer.
