Kapruka is a useful website that helps with the delivery of a wide range of items. Very prompt responses from its staff which is appreciated. The one drawback however is the non availability of certain food items which hopefully can be looked into.

Appreciate the delivery to the cities away from Colombo with the difficulties due to country situation.It would be nice if you can inform before the delivery if an item is not available so that we can replace the product with something else.Thank you

The delivery person didnt leave at the door. They left it downstairs on the bottom steps. My mom had surgery and has bad legs and cant carry heavy boxes. Would appreciate if the delivered to the door next time.
