I ordered a cake for my sisters birthday which was yesterday.The cake has been delivered today but.When I was ordering the cake it was clearly mentioned pthat I had to do it before 24 Hours and I ordered it in srilanka time 4pm arround because I wanted it by 6pm after next day.So from my end the time limit is fine.Then I received a call from Kapruka team saying its not possible to deliver it because it has to be ordered 24 hours prior.I said fine you deliver it After 24 hours I dont need it before that.Then they said they are start to deliver by 8.30 am every morning you have to order before that .But it was not mentioned in your system.that misleaded me. if you all mention about the 8.30am before order as well as 24 hours time frame this will not happen. We are your regular customers and its worthless delivering a cake after the party next day.
