very exciting

Over the past few days I ordered lunch and dinner via Kapruka. I would like to see a delivery time drop down option available in the future.

I have had an excellent experience but I request for more options and variety in products.

Satisfied

1. It is better to mention the time zone as Sri Lanka for the delivery date.2. I specifically mentioned to deliver for Lunch by 12.30 pm. But the delivery was made at 1.35pm which was NOT ACCEPTABLE. Kapruka should had contacted recipient if it was getting late. So recipient was forced to find Kapruka phone number and call. The funniest part was the phone number mentioned for Colombo office was wrong.

Im a medical student from Belarus and since 2014 i have been using kapruka in some form or the other to send food and gifts for mom and sister and its awsome..being in another country Im always able to make the special moments special because of kapruka..thankyou very much 10084

I think the timing is important. I mean one hour to two hour delay is I can understand. But when I order breakfast it was delivered afternoon. Specially meals . 128522 Gifts deliver 128077
