Bilindu & Wijeya Kids' Newspapers - Home Delivery Sri Lanka From Australia

Kapruka's kids papers section delivers Sinhala-language children's newspapers and preschool publications directly to homes across Sri Lanka. Titles like the Bilindu Preschool Newspaper and the Wijeya Children Newspaper are aimed at young readers from preschool to primary age. Prices start from Rs.600 for preschool editions, with six-month plans for weekly children's papers around Rs.1,820. Parents who want broader reading material can also look at magazines for home delivery and daily papers available on the same platform.

When selecting a children's publication, age group matters. Bilindu targets preschool and kindergarten children with illustrated content and simple Sinhala text. The Wijeya Children Newspaper suits primary school readers with news, puzzles, and stories. Both are published by established Sri Lankan media groups. Subscriptions ensure each new issue reaches the child without the parent needing to visit a bookshop or newsstand. For families also investing in children's learning, Kapruka's online tutoring for O/L, A/L, Edexcel and Cambridge is available under the same services section.

Parents typically subscribe to kids papers at the start of the school year or when a child begins reading. Subscriptions make a practical addition to a child's weekly routine, providing reading practice in Sinhala alongside schoolwork. Some families gift subscriptions when a child starts Grade 1. Delivery is scheduled to match publication dates, reaching homes islandwide. Families interested in general wellbeing content can also check astrology and horoscope services offered through Kapruka.
