The entire website content needs to be proofread for English grammar and spelling. I find many spelling and grammatical errors every time i use the website. You also need to refine the navigation. Pick a consistent theme for navigating across the entire website. Sometimes subcategories are different in different sections of the website. Another example is you have food restaurants and pizza as separate categories in the left hand side but pizza is already under food restaurants. Some pages have tabs some have drop downs. It seems random. You need to pick one style and stick with it as it makes it easy for users to know how to navigate.Sorting and filtering is also a handy thing to introduce high to low price filter out sold out items if you want etc.There are much more issues but I believe you need a QA team to debug the entire website for that.Even with all that I love your company and its services. I say all the above with respect and only because I want Kapruka to succeed.
