At a time when the hole country is celebrating the New Year. The Service team did a great job.

Suggesting to add customised sizes 500g 750g for cakes which are providing by hotels. Because some 1kg cakes are too big for small families and need to go for other option as u dont provide that size option.

Try to negotiate with the hotels and provide more options for the cakes. Ex give options to select weight such as 500g 750g 1kg instead of keeping only 1kg.

As always easy and we can depend you guys to handle the deliveries without worrying. And I asked this to be delivered 812 and even you guys said you cant promise still delivered around 1pm thats excellent service

The service was excellent I ordered the cake on the 26th to be delivered by 27th and even before 10am on the 27th I received the cake. I slwsyd order caked to my loved ones in Sri lanka on their birthday through kapruka. The delivery was very good and polite.

Website is user friendly and easy to use and order but only issue I had was with the order. It was a birthday gift and the flowers were not fresh at all and the delivery was delayed as well.
