Im so happy and value their service especially if the item is not available they follow up with me until I answer the phone and make sure a replacement is done. I value kapruka very much

Very good service as always. Staff are very polite and keep me informed should a product not be available. The one thing I would like to suggest we send products to a small village in Sri Lanka. Some products arent always available to be sent to that area. It would be great if we could be told in advance of the shopping process which products can be delivered or not delivered to that area.
