The delivery times need to be more consistent and accurate. It would also be great if you could do free delivery if the item is delivered from the same city. As an example why can t you deliver free when the order is from Mahaweli Reach and is being delivered within Kandy it makes no sense because you do have free delivery in Colombo.

even though the overall service was good there were some problems. for instance we wanted to give the recipient of the gift a surprise but the delivery team had called him up to ask directions. if they are unable to find the location they should call the customer who ordered the gift and not the recipient. alsowe wanted the gift delivered at 8am. but it was delivered in the evening and we were not warned about this before. other than these we find find kapruka a great and very convenient service.

I have ordered fruits and a cake. The fruit delivery got delay Arrived at 4.00 PMgoing to Gelioya. The cake was arrived too at around 12.00 Noon from Mahaweli Reach Hotel Katugasthota. Which is late considering the time to travel from Katugasthota to Gelioya via new road connecting to Peradeniya. Time Specified was 10 to 11. AM. Simply the gift didnt arrived in one piece and was late.You may improve your services by arranging these time gaps and make local agents to get fruits and others to be supplied provided at your quality and standards. Also arrange your team communications so that the deliveries of our loved ones will be synchronized and we can make them fully surprised in one shot.The arrangements on the basket and the cake was perfect so I rate you higher regardless of the delay.

No prompt replies to emails. When there is a delivery issue we have to call Colombo office from overseas which is expensive. Have someone to chat online or to reply mails promptly.

Easy to navigate through the website knowing that it will delievered on time and that the item will as per its descrption is a big factor in why I chose Kapruka.

You promised to keep the sender anonymous but then releieved it to the recepient when asked. Very disappointed about the service. Anonymous means anonymous. Why even have that option if you cant keep it confidential.
