I had an order gift to be delivered on Feb13. The delivery guy provided a bad customer service. He said if I couldnt send the location just now hell go away and not deliver the gift to the recipient just like threatening. When we arrange a gift to deliver we have to get the location from them and it will take few minutes. And also the driver should call us earlier and can save his time without shouting to the customer. However if someone is doing a delivery job he she should be aware of the areas roads because its their job.We are not aware of each and every route in the map. Please hire some delivery members with proper knowledge about routes who can provide a good customer service without being rude.
