Frequently Asked questions about Kapruka Reward Points

You get 5 points for every dollar you spend. For example if you order items worth of USD 50, then you get 200 Kapruka points. Important: You must use your Kapruka account when placing orders to get reward points. If you place your order through express checkout, you may not get reward points.
You can get a discount using points you collect. For example, if you have 500 points, then you qualify to get USD 2 discount. You will see the option to use the points on the final order preview page.
Almost all items at Kapruka will give you points, except for money delivery orders.
No. We give you reward points only after your order is complete (Delivered or shipped)

Kapruka points will never expire.
Kapruka points are given to you, using the email address. If you change your email address, please contact Customer Care to change your account e-mail address of the account. Once the email address is changed your old points will tranfer to new account.
No, Kapruka points are only available to use for your future Kapruka purchases.
