Even though there was not the book as you told yesterday you have managed to deliver the same. Thank you for that. But the buddha statue has a issue. I ordered a white one but he has got a colored one. Totally different.

Your deliveries in normal times as experienced previously was always in the mornings many were related to birthdays However in this instance I had to call your helpline a little past noon when the delivery had not happened. By your previous standards I would have expected a call at least by noon. Well we will leave that margin for Covid desruptions.

You have well organized with the categories for easy selections with all kind of items and that really a good system. Suggestion that why not if could also make an option as a package for a birthday with Certain main things like cake flowers and teddy together or some other ways of package for special events.

Had an amazing experience. When I was ordering I didnt know that there is islandwide curfew on today and tomorrow. So I was bit worried about delivery dates. But surprisingly the cake was delivered on time and I am so thankful to the kapruka team.
