I have been using Kapruka for years. I have been 100 satisfied except during the pandemic when a important birthday delivery got botched.

Last year i sent birthday gift to my client by using your service. This time your customer service office sent me the birthday reminder for same client.Due to that i was reminded that the birthday of my client. Because of that this time also i was able to keep my customer happy when on his birthday.

I ordered almost a month an ago yet Paprika delivered the products on the correct day and correct time very impressed. I will appreciate a mail or msg on the status of the product before deliver.
