Hi generally Kapruka orders go smoothly. But when some items are delivered in 2 separate days due to them being out of stock etc.. after ordering an email should be sent to the sender indicating which missing items will be delivered on what day. Also in that situation when you deliver the first part of the delivery inform the recipient of when the missing items will be delivered as well. This happened to 2 of my orders lately. Until the recipient sent a picture of what they receive I had no idea that items were missing and will be delivered on a later day. Not all recipients sent pictures let us know what they received so it is good to inform both the recipient and the send the of changes multiple deliveries. Thank you.Also please check the if the indicated price is right for Green Cabin 1LB Chocolate Cake round. It is prices at about 9 or 10 on Kapruka but only Rs 1550.00 which is about 5 dollars which is a big difference in prices. Maybe it is an error.

Im not happy about my last order because I have ordered few packs of rice on the same price . Im regret to say what they have delivered was 2 packs of rice was right. The rest 5 was cheaper version. I paid same amount for all. Please look into this.

Most of the items I was looking for are in the kapruka online store so that is very nice to see.However I did find the website to be a bit of unfriendly when choosing multiple quantities of the same item e.g. 2 or 3 of the same item.In that case Id often end up doubling up the item in my cart. Sometimes it then goes unexpectedly higher or lower in the list. But overall my experience was great.

Everything was good but..Just one issue the sauce I ordered happen to expire next week on 21st June 2022 which is inappropriate to have been sent.

I could not place my order with over 7 attempts there were around 80 items when I came to the payment page said Bad request and your browser sent a query this server could not understand and I could not proceed.I informed Kapruka Colombo but They could not rectify the problem. I tried resolving my self and started placing the order with reduce item numbers and finally was able to order around 36 items. So I am not sure whether there is an item restriction or a Dollar value restriction or certain items cannot be ordered. I do understand and I am aware there is a cap on certain items such as Sugar etc. I would like a feedback on this issue please. I value your service and I have been a long standing customer. Thank you.
