The delay in delivery of part of the order caused me some anxiety but there was a telephone response to reassure me. Perhaps an email response on receipt of the order to advise me that there would be two seperate deliveries would have helped and I wouldnt have hassled anybody.

Easy to order online quality products satisfied with the gifts but dissapointed with delivering. My last order was delivered late.

I ordered birthday cake and some flowers for my mothering law it was really messed up by who you contract with in kandy . Cake and flowers are deleverd in two different times. You can also see my previous orders that has been requested for pujapitiya in Kandy. When I try to complain I never got any feed back or response from Kapruka

I ordered 3 items delivered as twice. Thats ok. but it would be nice if delivered together as surprice present.

The overall experience was great. Nothing to complain.
