I have been using their service for many years they always delivered on time of course I had to pay some additional fee if the order need to be delivered before 9am. This time the order delayed by 1 day and the excuse they said was due to boarder lockdown had to deliver with their special delivery service which i think its not true as when the customer care called I realized the next day the item I ordered was not there so they had to substitute..so I feel that could be the reason for the delay. I didnt make a fuss on it as i know tgese things can happen. I will continue to be with them but little upset that i couldnt send my birthday gift on time for someone I love the most.
