Most often I face out of stock issues after placing the order. Mostly on clothes and books. Last order was only food items so didnt face the issue. It would be great if there could be better coordination with third party suppliers in ensuring your website inventory better reflects availability and dont disappoint customers after they place the order. It is extremely inconvenient specially with time zone differences to coordinate when such issues arise and your customer service is trying to facilitate a replacement.
