My very first order number VBRNF459B3AB dated somewhere around the 26th or 27th of February I requested for 3 tins of Plaza fish and two tins of coconut cream. Instead you have delivered 2 tins of fish and 3 tins of Coconut cream. The price for the fish tin is more than the amount of a coconut cream tin. So you dont talk of refunding the difference. My second order VBRN5BE2874C placed on 1st March was delivered but I dont know what you have missed in that . Because it was sent to a temple the priest will not speak about it. At least you should send us a list of items that you delivered to the Recipient . They will not tell us unless we keep on asking.

One of the trustful and easy online platform available in Sri Lanka. The actual products are are pictures perfect as mentioned in the website. Outstation deliveries not received as requested. Specially when we send surprise gifts we cant ask the person to stay at home whole day to receive it Specially on special occasion days. This particular order reached around 5 5.30 pm. Allocate more delivery vehicles for Outstation orders. Otherwise your staffs are excellent extremely supportive and client friendly. Available varieties of cakes and flowers are amazing
