I like that you have a wide selection on your website. I did notice that when searching for an item and you press the back button it resets the search and you have to search from the beginning.

Kapruka has always been reliable product wise and service wise. This time with the flowers I ordered a personalized flower bouquet as i needed yellow and white roses in the arrangement with a bit of colour. I wasnt very happy with the bouquet sent this time as it seemed like it was haphazardly done. Would appreciate if you could look into it a bit more please .thanks

Items that were not available was possible to order but it was great someone contacted me to mentioned that kapruka doesnt have exact items and asked me what to do. Excellent customer servicevery helpful and polite staff. Even when I called to track the items the lady who answered was very helpful.

Many varieties of products can be purchased and delivered to loved ones doorstep without hassle.

Its great that theres a such website to deliver gifts to our loved ones. But it would be better if you can add more cake designs for birthdays specially for fathers. Since the last year I only saw the same cake structure for fathers this year also. So if you can add more designs to choose that would be great. Some cakes and other items are expensive compared to some other websites. So if you can consider about that it would be better. And also I think more greeting cards gift items need to be added. And we cant see inside of some of the cards. Consider about that too.

There is a wide range and good selection to choose from the orders that I have sent in the past have been on time will definitely use the service again
