Mind Heals provides one-to-one professional counselling for adults seeking support with their personal and emotional wellbeing. Sessions are conducted by qualified mental health professionals affiliated with Mind Heals in a confidential, compassionate, and supportive environment, tailored to each individual's needs.

What Is Included:
- One individual counselling session lasting 60 minutes with a qualified Mind Heals professional.
- A confidential consultation through the selected available consultation method.
- The listed price covers one session only.

Available Consultation Methods:
- Online Video Consultation: Conducted via Google Meet or Zoom, as arranged by Mind Heals.
- In-Person Consultation: Conducted at the consultation location arranged and confirmed by Mind Heals, subject to the selected professional's availability.

Booking Information:
Customers are required to provide their name, contact details, age, preferred language, preferred consultation method, and preferred date and time.

Appointment Confirmation:
The selected date and time are preferences and are subject to the professional's availability. Mind Heals will contact the customer using the provided contact details to confirm the appointment or arrange an alternative time if required.

For online consultations, the Google Meet or Zoom link and session details will be shared once the appointment is confirmed. For in-person consultations, the confirmed consultation location will be communicated to the customer.
