Service Description:
Mind Heals provides professional counselling and guidance for children below 18 years, delivered by an appropriately qualified Mind Heals professional in an age-appropriate, safe, and supportive environment. Sessions are tailored to the individual needs of each child, with the aim of supporting their emotional and personal wellbeing.

What Is Included:
- One individual child counselling or therapy session lasting 60 minutes with an appropriately qualified Mind Heals professional.
- A confidential consultation through the selected available consultation method.
- The listed price covers one session only.

Available Consultation Methods:
- Online Video Consultation: Conducted online via Google Meets or Zoom

- In-Person Consultation: Conducted at the consultation location arranged and confirmed by Mind Heals, subject to the selected professional's availability and suitability for the child.

Booking Information:
The parent or legal guardian must provide their contact details, the child's age, preferred language, preferred consultation method, and preferred date and time. Parent or legal guardian consent will be obtained as required.

Appointment Confirmation:
The preferred date and time are subject to the selected professional's availability and suitability for the child. Mind Heals will contact the parent or legal guardian using the provided contact details to confirm the appointment or arrange an alternative time if required.

For online consultations, the confirmed platform and session details will be shared before the appointment. For in-person consultations, the confirmed consultation location will be communicated to the parent or legal guardian.
