Main reason I go for kapruka is that its fast and hassle free. I place the order write down the order no check order status on site and waits for a phone call.. Normally I get a call 2 3 days later which is astonishly fast then all I have to do is pick the order up. I also like how no one calls me asking to change what I ordered because they dont have X and Y in stock etc. Some online shopping services do that and I hate itOne thing I wish kapruka did was renewing stock every week or so Sometimes I have to wait 2 months for a item to come back on stock. Theres plenty of customers waiting to buy I dont understans why theyre missing out on that opportunity by not renewing stock faster. Other than that exceptional service!
