I like the way that I can se d gifts to my dear ones using g kapruka when I live far away from them. I had been using this service for years and mostly Im happy except I had 2 bad experiences. During coved time I send groceries it never went which I can understand the pandemic but when returned money you returned a different amount using different exchange rate which is not normally any business do. Also my last order accidentally I put sender as me and wanted to change and called to Sri Lanka I was told it cannot be changed as it automatically print the details already entered. Also I never got the order confirmation email after placing the order. I only received that after they delivered both emails together which I had to call to confirm the order is successfully placed. There ate still small loopholes like this need to fix and other than that this is a very good service specially for people living overseas.
