1. It was my 1st experience but I managed being a senior citizen and not too familiar with computers. The process was manageable. The only problem I had was that towards the end when a notice came to say that only 3 items are allowed and not 5 as I picked I had to delete the item since since it would not allow me to reduce the quantity at that juncture.One way to avoid this is if the limit is shown beside the item or automatically reduce it later with a short explanation.2. I have only explored Groceries but took a lot of time compiling the order having to backtrack many times when larger sizes were discovered down the track. Therefore it is very important that you categorize the products in groups. That is all the different brands and sizes of one product say coffee together and not scattered among other items throughout the catalogue.
