This is my first time using Kapruka. I had a small issue due to one product was out of stock Nutella but they have delivered another item Butter as requested and they have told that they will refund the money to my credit card. I would say great service great quality products and very reliable service. I will definitely continue to order from Kapruka to send gifts to my family. Thank you.

Very good service as always. Staff are very polite and keep me informed should a product not be available. The one thing I would like to suggest we send products to a small village in Sri Lanka. Some products arent always available to be sent to that area. It would be great if we could be told in advance of the shopping process which products can be delivered or not delivered to that area.

Choosing items were ok. But you didnt have enough. But your staff didnt allowed me to cancel the order. They some how managed to provide me with similar stuff. And I m very happy to say my friends in Sri Lanka who got the package today are very happy. I requested for delivery 31st. But they asked one more day and I agreed. Now it is Done every one is happy. Thanks for everyone who helped me.

Most of the items I was looking for are in the kapruka online store so that is very nice to see.However I did find the website to be a bit of unfriendly when choosing multiple quantities of the same item e.g. 2 or 3 of the same item.In that case Id often end up doubling up the item in my cart. Sometimes it then goes unexpectedly higher or lower in the list. But overall my experience was great.

Everything was good but..Just one issue the sauce I ordered happen to expire next week on 21st June 2022 which is inappropriate to have been sent.

Have lot of vegetables great. Love to see local fruit in too.
