Very good service as always. Staff are very polite and keep me informed should a product not be available. The one thing I would like to suggest we send products to a small village in Sri Lanka. Some products arent always available to be sent to that area. It would be great if we could be told in advance of the shopping process which products can be delivered or not delivered to that area.

Choosing items were ok. But you didnt have enough. But your staff didnt allowed me to cancel the order. They some how managed to provide me with similar stuff. Most of the items I was looking for are in the kapruka online store so that is very nice to see.However I did find the website to be a bit of unfriendly when choosing multiple quantities of the same item e.g. 2 or 3 of the same item.In that case Id often end up doubling up the item in my cart. Sometimes it then goes unexpectedly higher or lower in the list. But overall my experience was great.
