Overall the 1st time Brand Experience I had with kapruka is definitely worth a comment..The UI UL experience of the website was exciting too.. the search bar had an arry of options to look into and the overall design and site atmosphere was topnotch.. Your service is absolutely great over the years this time there is a little miscommunication with the recipient Kapruka asked did you order some groceries from us he said no straight away then Kapruka sent me an email saying unfortunately couldnt deliver the package but somehow kapruka rang the recipient again and managed to sort out.but Thats ok . This is my first time using Kapruka. I had a small issue due to one product was out of stock Nutella but they have delivered another item Butter as requested and they have told that they will refund the money to my credit card.
