No doubt the service is great. However to find and select most items from your website is an annoying experience. Please improve you website. Otherwise even your current customers may seek other sourses that provide easy and simple selections. Nobody would be happy to keep on searching various pages to find what they need. Please take this as a positive criticism for you to improve and excel.

I am very happy to choose Kapuka for sending gifts to Sri Lanka. Always promptly delivered as promised. My disappointment is some items I like to send seem to be sold out. I would like it if you could replenish them quickly. It could be also the scarcity of items that may be beyond Kaprukas control. Overall very happy with the service.

There were a lot of veriities of items it was easy to find needed ltems.

This is my first time using Kapruka. I had a small issue due to one product was out of stock Nutella but they have delivered another item Butter as requested and they have told that they will refund the money to my credit card. Great service. I have been sending gifts to srilanka for few years now and never had a issue with kapruka.

They deliver on time and if they cannot make it they will call and inform you. Once they forgot to deliver one item but they redelivered it on the same day.
