I have been using kapruka from U S A over the years. Only thing I have to say is about the delivery timings. Specially when you deliver a Birthday gift pack customers prefer it to be delivered in the morning session than in the late afternoon or evening. At the same time I know you have restrictions with your transportation. This is just my view.
