Very high standards maintained earlier instances even contacted over the phone when necessary however it was disappointing this occasion the happy birthday balloon was delivered folded not helium inflated it was of no use if we have missed out mentioning it could have checked since the picture shows an inflated balloon we think it will be sent as shown
