Delivery staff does a very good job than the office team. Lots of miscommunication between the office staff. And system has an option for Delivery between morning hours but I received an email saying that the cake cannot be delivered for the requested time but between 8am to 5pm. So I replied for the email asking to deliver after 3pm. But its a miscommunication. Please remove that option from the system. Call staff was not understanding but the delivery team did a good job.
