there are nice choises to be selected. but couldn t find the exact city which I wanted. So felt little bit of inconveniouns. But they have fixed that thankfully.

i like the variety of good on offer especially the cakes and meal choices.

My experiences hav been great with Kapruka.

It s great experience I have been using this service for a couple of years. I had no problems. Everything was perfectly delivered. I have to mention this nothing to do with Kapuruka but with restaurants we order the rice are being under cooked especially fried rice buriyani type of meals.

I have used it about 10 times and I love he site as its reliable has got linked with good restaurants and reliable partners to ensure quality of food or product is maintained. Appreciate the fact that before delivery called and gave a one hour slot and delivered within that time. Which is every important to succeed and delight the customer. This service was not there before but on the recent order I have found the delivery party calls the residence.

Efficient and reliable service.

All the items are good but one of the item Singapore fried rice is not in good condition. Pretty much throw the item.Through the site I could select the date for my delivery but after I made the order someone from Kapurka called me and said they cannot deliver the order on the selected date. Finally they delivered on next day.That is not good because the online system should allow to make order in first place.

At few occasions my order had been delivered later than the requested time.

As I wanted order has delivered. Good job
