The main reason I like to order from Kapruka is you coordinate well with the recipient before delivery. So when sending gifts its a very relief. I would like to suggest one thing when we place an order as gift its good if you can send us a picture of the items as sometimes we dont know what and how exactly recipient received it. So its like a confirmation if you send a picture. So please try that if possible.

Online ordering is very good. The only concern is timing of delivery. I have often requested for delivery before 12 noon with a preference for mid morning but often delivered around 1.30 pm. I have old parents 92 and 86 and any celebration we do for them is for lunch and their lunch is early.

Very nice service. But there i ordered two items . One is a fruit basket and another one is free cane basket. I did not receive the cane basket.
