Overall the service is good. Also it would be better if you can have a method to change the order if it is not started the order preparation process. Because if customer had accidentally ordered a something and he need to change it like right after seeing the order it would be better. You can give user to edit their order like within 1 hour or 30 mins it would be a huge improvement in your website. Other than that your process is good and easy to follow.

Easy but sometimes it is a problem. The system crashes at payment stage and when this happens the entire order vanishes. Suggest a method to save the order from time to time to enable recovery.
