Activation Steps

Step 1- Log on to dialog.lk/sim and enter your e-mail address and mobile phone number

Step 2 - Enter the last 8 digits of the SIM number

Step 3 - Enter your NIC number and take a photo of your NIC/Passport/Driving License using the in-built camera feature (make sure the ID number is clearly captured)

Step 4 - Take a selfie using the in-built camera

Step 5 - Select your preferred number

Step 6 - Agree to the Terms and Conditions, sign on the placeholder of the application, and click Submit

Step 7 - The confirmation screen will provide details of the next steps

Step 8 - Insert the new SIM into your device. Upon successful verification of ownership documents, your connection will be activated and the device`s network connectivity will be updated. You will also receive a confirmation SMS to your new number. Once the link is active, reload your connection to start using your new number
