Till date your service was the best.It was a pleasure to shop at kapruka.but after receiving my order today I am very disappointed.I ordered a mozzarella cheese from you.But it was about to melt when I receive it.its the first thing.and also the cheesedettola stepler and a bottle of honey all these items were in the same bag.when I complain this they said they cant return this.Dont you know according to the FDA dairy products should not sit out for more than 2 hours.I live in Matara.you deliver the goods from colombo .your phone operator said this was pack about 5.30 am.then how can I consume this product .please pay your attention to this matter.
