Heres a refined version of your feedbackThis was my second time ordering from Kapruka and I must say the customer service has significantly improved compared to my first experience 67 years ago. I ordered the Blush Pink Rose Delight Bouquet along with a cake and cupcakes. Shortly after placing the order the Kapruka ecommerce team reached out via WhatsApp to inform me of a quality issue with the pink roses. They proposed replacing them with red roses which I happily agreed to. I also asked if they could match the wrapping to the red roses but assured them it was fine if it wasnt feasible.When my cousin sister received the bouquet I was absolutely in awe upon seeing the pictures. The bouquet was stunning and they had beautifully matched the wrapping as per my request. The cake was equally lovely adding to the wonderful experience.Thank you Kapruka for exceeding my expectations this time around!
