Little disappointed today. It was my first time using your custom flowers option to send flowers. It was not what I expected I wish there was a method the customer could see the flower bouquet they send i.e. like a 3D mockup.However I would like to appreciate the excellent care and effort taken by your delivery crew in delivering the flowers fresh and cooled chocolates.A V D LANDERS

The service and website item selection are good. Delivery is done as expected despite the fuel crisis which is commendable. But every time I order a greeting card from kapruka they paste order details on the envelope. Now they print the order number also on the back of the card. I usually order them as online orders for me to give them as gifts to other people. How can I give the card to someone else with the envelope destroyed like thatSAMPATH WIJESINGHE
