Mobile compatibility of the website should be improved. Small fonts and the design layout is not mobile friendly. I know there is an option to download the app but still there are many customer who dont like to stack up apps unnecessarily.

Hi thank you for your delivery on times. I ordered food from Shanmugas food is tastey but they packing is not good i think they pack with low quality containers and all broken mixed up with the curries .please tell them do proper packing its not good when we spent money and eating with plastic pieces inside the food.

There were no chocolates on the order as shown in the pic and the description. It was ordered for my mothers 80th Birthday and I was really disappointed to find out that it was delivered with only the flowers. This is really poor service.
