The customer journey is well organised. A point to improve would be adding whether a card should be sent together with the flowers. It would have prompted me to make an impulse purchase.

day by day service is better. better tan my previous order experience. but this time I am unable to deduct my loyalty reward points. there is an issue in the checkout. I cannot see the reward point claim option. I hope you will surtout this asap.
