One of the trustful and easy online platform available in Sri Lanka. The actual products are are pictures perfect as mentioned in the website. Outstation deliveries not received as requested. Specially when we send surprise gifts we cant ask the person to stay at home whole day to receive it Specially on special occasion days. This particular order reached around 5 5.30 pm. Allocate more delivery vehicles for Outstation orders. Otherwise your staffs are excellent extremely supportive and client friendly. Available varieties of cakes and flowers are amazing

Most of the items I was looking for are in the kapruka online store so that is very nice to see.However I did find the website to be a bit of unfriendly when choosing multiple quantities of the same item e.g. 2 or 3 of the same item.In that case Id often end up doubling up the item in my cart. Sometimes it then goes unexpectedly higher or lower in the list. But overall my experience was great.

Kapruka main website is looking just colors and heavy. it should be more than friendly look than hard look. your website interface is good for hardware firm. when open your website cotomer mind should be fresh with lovely things which are SIMPLE the first log in menu. your website is gettig complicated at the first opening menu. then simply bring the costomer step by step through need cascading to complicated levels which are needed by the costomer.
