Specially when we send surprise gifts we cant ask the person to stay at home whole day to receive it Specially on special occasion days. This particular order reached around 5 5.30 pm. Allocate more delivery vehicles for Outstation orders. Otherwise your staffs are excellent extremely supportive and client friendly. Available varieties of cakes and flowers are amazing

I think the website has lots of options. I think the search engine drop down options could be classified better. I think the spelling on some of your items lists need to be checked.

shopping experience is good. Things seem to be sold quickly....specially the bottled Sri Lankan products. May be you could add more Sri lankan fruits like Rambutan. umberella and cashew pulang etc. More tinned sea food.

Most of the items I was looking for are in the kapruka online store so that is very nice to see.However I did find the website to be a bit of unfriendly when choosing multiple quantities of the same item e.g. 2 or 3 of the same item.In that case Id often end up doubling up the item in my cart. Sometimes it then goes unexpectedly higher or lower in the list. But overall my experience was great.

Grocery Orders Supermarket Products For items with limits state it along with Best Seller or on the item list page.Its very time consuming to have to go to the cart delete and go back and add Add a feature to increase or decrease items in the cart. Add a fruit category like the vegetables
