CCTV MONITORING SERVICE BY AB SECURITAS

Keep your premises under continuous watch with our professional CCTV monitoring service. Delivered by AB Securitas (Pvt) Ltd, monitoring is carried out on a shift basis by trained operators, with quick response to any alerts or suspicious activity detected on camera.
SERVICE DETAILS

  • Monitoring basis: Shift-based (Day Shift, Night Shift, or Day Night 24-hour coverage)
  • Service is offered in two categories: In-House CCTV Monitoring (at the customer`s own premises) and AB
    Securitas Head Office Monitoring (centralized monitoring from the AB Securitas head office building)
  • Quick response to alerts, incidents, or suspicious activity
  • Coverage area: Colombo 1 to Colombo 15
  • Choose the monitoring category and shift that suits your premises. All rates are monthly.
1. IN-HOUSE CCTV MONITORING

Our trained operators are stationed at your premises and monitor your existing CCTV system on-site, with the monitoring shift assigned according to your selected package.
  • Day Shift Monthly Package (12 hours)
  • Night Shift Monthly Package (12 hours)
  • 24-Hour Package, Day Night
All in-house packages include on-site monitoring of your existing CCTV system and quick response coordination in case of an alert or incident.
2. AB SECURITAS HEAD OFFICE MONITORING
Your CCTV feed is monitored remotely and centrally from the head office building of AB Securitas (Pvt) Ltd, with the same shift-based structure as the in-house option.
  • Day Shift Monthly Package (12 hours)
  • Night Shift Monthly Package (12 hours)
  • 24-Hour Package, Day Night (24 hours)
CUSTOMER PREPARATION BEFORE SERVICE
  • For In-House Monitoring: ensure the CCTV system is working correctly, and provide the operator with access to the monitoring area and system login details
  • For Head Office Monitoring: ensure the CCTV system and internet connection are working correctly, and provide remote access details or login credentials
  • Share an updated contact list for alert escalation and emergency response
  • Inform the team in advance of the selected shift package and any changes to operating hours
EXCLUSIONS LIMITATIONS
  • Package rates cover the monitoring service only. All other requirements, including internet connectivity, electricity, and CCTV hardware, must be provided by the customer.
  • Monitoring quality depends on the condition and coverage of the existing camera system
  • Coverage limited to Colombo 1 to Colombo 15 areas outside this range subject to confirmation

  • Kindly share your camera system details (brand, number of cameras, DVRNVR model) and preferred shift package after booking to help our team confirm setup and coverage.
  • Our Quick Response Team is a trained, ready-to-deploy team that attends your location within 20 minutes of an incident alert, assesses the situation, and takes immediate action to secure the premises.
  • Bookings must be made at least 7 days before the service start date.
