You are doing a good job. At the same time you should fill up stocks at least main staples people need in sri lanka.

many products that I wanted to send were unavailable understandably because of COVID affecting shipping. Even cookie tins from Sri Lanka were out of stock.

even though the overall service was good there were some problems. for instance we wanted to give the recipient of the gift a surprise but the delivery team had called him up to ask directions. if they are unable to find the location they should call the customer who ordered the gift and not the recipient. alsowe wanted the gift delivered at 8am. but it was delivered in the evening and we were not warned about this before. other than these we find find kapruka a great and very convenient service.

It is easy to understand and follow what and how to place an order.It is my first order and quite happy. Only thing when you guys sent me 2 eamils saying having difficulty with my order please call...it would be good to write a small description of what the problem is. Would be beneficial for the customer. But as I called the office guy was very helpful. And customer service was very quick to reply my emails.

It was very good. Delivered on the requested date.One suggestion Perhaps your delivery department can keep a record of the directions to addresses you delivered. I ve sent a few packages over time using kapruka. Last time your delivery personal misunderstood the directions. After the delivery if the delivery person write down directions in his words that would be helpful for the next delivery. Thanks !

I normally do not buy from Kapruka as I buy from the LankaFood at Queens all your stuff. I will see the prices from the Sinhala store and compare with your website. Do you have chicken paste fish paste for chicken and fish curry Do you also sell Red onions and medicine I think your vegetable basket is very good and try to mix with new stuff too. I may buy more home stuff and will wait till they tell me about the stuff they used. I need more stuff to send as this was my first time.
